Yoga, Self Care, & Wellness Workshops

with Stephanie

Stephanie graduated from East West College of the Healing Arts in 2010, has been teaching yoga since 2014, and has been a personal trainer since January 2022. In addition to her massage practice, she’s been offering different wellness workshops for students, clients, and anyone in the community looking to learn more about self care, their body, how it works, and how to work with it. She caters each workshop to meet the needs of the participants to address their specific pains, aches, and questions.

Deep Stretch Yoga: Sundays 5:000-6:00pm

This yoga class will stretch and help lengthen all the muscles in the body. Tight muscles can cause imbalance and pull the body out of alignment. This class will incorporate different rotations of joints and focus on breath work to help you dive deeper into your practice, fascia, and muscles, as well as help you to become more connected with your body and what is happening within it.

Adjustments will be given for some poses in this class to help the student move deeper into their muscles and body.

Sundays from 5-6pm
